Timika is the founder and visionary behind ElysiumLBC, a holistic wellness practice rooted in the science and art of sound, vibration, and nervous system support. As a Certified Holistic Practitioner, Certified Sound and Energy Practitioner, and Life & Spiritual Coach, her work focuses on helping individuals restore balance, reduce pain, and reconnect with their bodies through frequency-based healing approaches.
She specializes in chronic pain and chronic illness relief, grief support, menopause coaching and support, and emotional wellness, using modalities such as sound baths, vibroacoustic therapy, RIFE technology, and personalized guided meditations for individuals and groups. Her sessions are designed to support physical comfort, emotional regulation, and overall quality of life.
Timika works with individuals experiencing depression, PTSD, anxiety, and emotional overload; offering alternative, mindfulness-based approaches that promote relaxation, resilience, and nervous system regulation. She is also deeply committed to serving the neurodivergent community, particularly autistic and ADHD adults and children, creating sensory-aware, individualized experiences that honor unique needs and strengths.
As a Menopause Coach, Timika provides compassionate, integrative support for women navigating hormonal shifts, emotional changes, sleep disruption, and identity transitions using sound, frequency, and lifestyle-centered practices to support this powerful stage of life.
She is also a Tantric Intimacy Coach for individuals and couples, supporting deeper connection, embodied awareness, and conscious intimacy through trauma-informed, heart-centered practices.
